Edesio Alejandro has created a rich musical sound that is made up of tradional Cuban sounds with rap, hip-hop and funk that is unique to him known as acid son. The biggest influence in his musical stylings is black music, from Africa to America�s blues. Born in Havana, he studied classical guitar and composition, expressing his talents at an early age. He can be seen as one of the more modern and worldly faces of Cuban music presented in Cuban Fire where he contributes the song �Requiem del Barrio� and the opening song for Cuban Fire called "Culebron". An experienced composer of motion picture soundtracks, well over forty to his credit, Edesio has also three CDs with one currently in production. His mastery in traditional and modern music genres is evident and his talent speaks for itself. Edesio is definitely a star on the rise.
